Section 10 comes through

Section 10 has come through with a lot of info linking Section 9, city police and ColeFusion. The following is an email sent from police cheif Brown to ColeFusion CIO Ms. Lopez uncovered by them:

I have also added a page with a series of photos they recovered as well. Hopefully Section 10 will be around after thursday at 10am, but I have my doubts.

This video was also found, it shows an interview with who I believe is Mary Smith of The City Journal post:

More arrive, more disappear...

Since my last post we have lost Kate and her beware the grey man blog, she did however leave us with some good intel on him. Now we welcome Net Kept Secret into the fold, although from the hacked email account it would seem that they wont be here past Thursday morning. Which leaves us with Section 10, the mysterious hacker group set on exposing Section 9. All we can do is hope for the best and hopefully we get some contact from Section 10 soon...

Feedback

Having recently been able to access some info on the ColeFusion site that we could not before, we have found an interesting file:

Odd feedback #1

Hey,

Testing on the 3P network we started to encounter some odd feedback. Most of it was garbage but every so often we're coming across something.

This one's particularly odd.

Any ideas? Maybe you could run it up to the man upstairs...

Abdul

Welcome

A new player has arrived on the scene, Kate Bachmann, is the person responsible for the Beware the Grey Man blog. Im sure she will provide some valuable info on this mysterious person. Perhaps he is the one responsible for the recent murders that everyone seems to forget about? Needless to say we will be keeping our eyes peeled for him whenever we can. There will be more info on him in the days to come.

Another gone

Today in the Post they are reporting that Virgil Blackstone has been murdered. The murder comes as no surprise to me, and is being reported as the 219th murder this year, again. The police are asking for the key to Virgils archives as it may lead to his killer. I think it would be wise to go over the archives before handing them over to the police, seeing as they always fall victim to the memory loss that happens every couple of weeks. Virgils murder will not stop us from finding the truth and exposing those responsible. We will fight on!!

We are still here!!

The powers that be have once again tried to rob us of the information they don't want us to have. Luckily, here at Forgotten Truth, we have preserved the news articles that they would have us forget. These murders wont go unnoticed, and the facts wont be lost. We have everything we could save archived here and it is free for all people of the City to view.
Always remember the truth and keep fighting!!

Moving Forward

The timer on the "theendbeginsnow" site never reset after the last time it ended. Had it reset I believe the new timer would expire today. Here's hoping that things don't change, and that people start to see what is really happening in The City.
With ColeFusion set to launch the Proto-arm, they will no doubt use it to tighten their grip on society, and gain a strangle hold over the everyday lives of any who have them.

Get the facts!
Spread the truth!
Stop ColeFusion!!

Forgotten Murders??

Today in the Post there is a report of yet another murder. This time it was Alejandro Rodrigue who was found murdered in his home. This brings the total to 3 people so far who have been murdered, reported on, then forgotten (Alejandro hasn't been forgotten yet but I suspect he will). The other 2 victims were Wayne harrison and Ram Jagpal. What makes these murders interesting is that they are all refered to as the 219th murder of the year. Also interesting is that Ram Jagpal and Alejandro Rodrigue's murders were reported the same word for word in the articles in the Post! They even used the same picture! I have asked Sandra Mcqueen about inconcistencies in the post before and been dismissed as a "conspiracy theorist". If you check the screen captures I have of both murders you will see what im talking about.

Hopefully soon the people of the city will come to realize that they are being lied to!

Another emerges!

It seems that we have a new freind in the fight against ColeFusion. In an article in the Post, they mention a Virgil Blackstone. We found a blog belonging to him, the link is in the link section. He talks about some pretty interesting stuff. I only hope that he proves to be a valuable ally in the fight to stop ColeFusion!

Getting sloppy

It seems that even ColeFusion cant keep up with everything they wish to cover up. Here are a few examples of things we can still see in the City Journal Post.

1. As was mentioned by our "friends" the name ColeHardTruth has been replaced with the term "activist group" in Sandra Mcqueens latest article. I have a pic of the original with the unchanged text in my post proof section.

2. Another is that in Cliff Owens May 5th article about rising transit costs, he refers to Ace Harrold as an anti-poverty activist. Now Ace is a bigshot executive over at ColeFusion!?!? This article remains unchanged, but for how long.
3. In Mary Smiths article on May 31st, in the attached picture, you can clearly see a piece of paper with Stop3Points@gmail.com reflecting in the cars paint job. If they never existed what is that then??

These are just some that have been noticed, I will keep my eyes and ears open, hoping to find more to use against ColeFusion!

It's time for action!!

In light of what has happened, I think it's time we took up the cause ourselves.

This is a call to all who believe that ColeFusion must be stopped! It's no coincidence that ColeTruth and Stop3Points were both against ColeFusion and are now gone. Any article in the paper bad mouthing ColeFusion is gone as well. Things are not right, and people can't see this, we need to spread the truth and unearth any evidence we can to bring ColeFusion to it's knee's. They cant just go on rewriting history as they see fit. Anyone reading who is interested in joining the fight, contact me, and together we can STOP COLEFUSION!!

It's happened again!

As I suspected, the countdown has ended and Coletruth is gone!! The City Journal Post has been "edited" and had all stories referencing the Jagpal murders have been taken out, along with the one on Colefusions patent infrinegment, and the Richard Playfoot story.
Im glad we were able to save copies of all the missing stuff, maybe its time to talk to the Post and ask some questions. I'll more than likely get the "your crazy" responses, but its time to take action!!!!!

STOP COLEFUSION!!!
STOP DECLAN COLE!!!
STOP 3POINTS!!!

ColeTruth Blog Posts

Here are the posts from the ColeTruth blog, all were posted on the 20th of June:

ColeFusion Crushes Union Hopes
By colehardtruth

One of our sources within PA, a subcontractor of ColeFusion, told us that the tech giant had crushed their attempts to unionize. Apparently the fat cats in the head office don’t like the idea of workers getting fair and equal rights.

We at ColeTruth will join the fight with our brothers and sisters at PA until they are granted full union status.

ColeFusion continues with destructive 3Points Project
By colehardtruth

We have received word from one of our members that more damage has been done to the environment in the name of ColeFusion. Yet another forest has been clear cut and completely obliterated for the mysterious 3Points project. We cannot allow corporations to do whatever they please with our planet, ColeFusion must be kept in check and held accountable for this senseless destruction.

ColeFusion involved in patent infringement cases
By colehardtruth

Brian Hughes has recently unearthed several city court transcripts of cases relating to patent law. Who were the defendants in every single case? ColeFusion. Why have we not heard of this before? Because in every single case ColeFusion settled out of court, they paid to keep the courts silent. We will not allow ColeFusion to keep the public in the dark, the people have a right to know about what this company is doing behind closed doors.

ColeHardTruth Team

With the timer ready to reset at around 10am tommorrow, I thought I should post the last of the info from the ColeHardTruth blog. I will start with who is on their "team".

Ginette Masson
Ginette, the founder of ColeTruth, has been wrestling with the top dogs of big business for years as a City prosecutor specializing in Corporate Law. She has managed to take down many executives who have tried to deceive the public through tax fraud, insider trading, embezzlement, blackmail and theft of company secrets. Ginette is hard set on bringing every criminal in the business world to justice. It is time for white collar criminals to pay for what they have done to workers.

Matthew Crandell
In 2004, Matt started a webseries exposing truths about the high tech industry. His campaign to uncover the dirt behind the development and distribution of technologies has taken him across the globe, from Tantalum mines in Eastern Congo, cell phone factories in Southern India to the computer graveyards in Eastern China. Having been navigating through ColeFusion’s global footprint for years, Matt is now committed to stopping them in their tracks.

Brian Hughes

For freelance investigative reporter Brian Hughes, no detail is to small to be brushed aside. He has uncovered the dirt on many prominent members of ‘high society’ and has published exposés on the affairs, scandals, crimes and allegations of all kinds. He is now working tirelessly to find out the truth about the mysterious child prodigy Declan Cole.

Autopsy Complete

The City Journal Post punlished an article today covering the autopsy of a man recently murderd in The City.
Jagpal Autopsy Released
June 28, 2011
By Jim Sondheim
The City Police today released the results of local resident Ram Jagpal’s autopsy. Jagpal was murdered in his home last week.

Jagpal’s cause of death was excessive trauma to the brain.

“Mr. Jagpal was killed through the use of a conventional power drill,” explained Detective Kaima Talib, the lead investigator in the case.

The autopsy revealed that portions of Jagpal’s brain were removed at the time of his death. The killer or killers specifically targeted the area directly above and surrounding the top of the brainstem. Police scientists are at a loss to explain why.

The autopsy also revealed elevated levels of MonoFlex, a synthetic compound that mmics monoamine oxidase, an enzyme found in the body. The drug is used in rare cases for the treatment of schizophrenia and dissociative fugue, and police are hoping that its rareness will generate leads in the case.

No one is safe!

It seems now that not even ColeFusion employees are safe from the companies plans. In an article found on The City Journal Post, an employee has been suspended for saying what is true, and has been asked to lie about it. ColeFusion will stop at nothing to further their own agenda, and reading employee personal emails can only be the beginning.
There is only 3 days left until the next shift, start saving your evidence now.

City Journal Post Articles

The one I find the most interesting, written by Sandra Mcqueen, greatly different from this recent article she posted here, if ColeFusion can do this to him is there hope for any of us?

Stop ColeFusion!! Stop3Points!!

How a 23 year old brought down a telecom giant

In 2003, Richard Playfoot was recruited from university to work for telecom giant Perspective. A year later he was on the team that created their most successful product. After two years at Perspective Telecom, he rose to the highest echelons of the company. Less then nine months after that, Playfoot brought the entire company down from the inside. Born in the City, Richard Playfoot was a self-taught computer-wiz from an early age. “When I was 13, I cracked my schools security codes and gave my whole class straight A’s,” muses Playfoot. Throughout his time at Ferndale High, Richard was involved in numerous unique extra-curricular activities. He designed an AI program to read out all the student announcements, reprogrammed all vending machine within the school to dispense items for free and still managed to graduate at age 16 with the highest GPA in his year.

As a freshman at Orange Hill University, Richard met privacy activist Steve Pierce, who introduced him to a community of socially-minded individuals fighting against the privatization of mass media. As their friendship grew, Richard became increasingly more radicalized.
“I finally had a cause to channel my talents,” says Playfoot. He joined Pierce’s group, The Anti-Surveillance Alliance, to fight against the installation of CCTV cameras on the Orange Hill campus. After The Alliance succeeded in their goal of removing CCTV cameras, Richard moved on to larger causes. He joined the Orange Hill Universal Connection Collective, which claims to have been “campaigning for free, universal access to all facets of the web since 1999.”
His work for these organizations garnered attention from various media groups, including Perspective Telecom. He left university six months before graduation to become a member of Perspective’s research and development team.
Once hired, Playfoot’s deception began. “Basically, I toed the company line in order to climb the corporate ladder,” he says.
He helped Perspective develop their 4G phone network and was part of the team that designed their popular Swallow Smartphone. This led him to gain the promotion that would ultimately lead to the downfall of the company. Ever since he had begun working at Perspective, Playfoot had been a model employee, so none of his superiors expected the coming crisis. “I was doing everything I could to gain access to the important stuff,” Playfoot recalls of his early time at Perspective. “I knew that soon enough I’d have what I needed.”

His campaign of sabotage began as soon as Playfoot had access to the company’s highest security clearance. Playfoot is reluctant to discuss his actions during the following months, but it appears that he leaked all of Perspective’s product prototypes online and infected their mainframe with a virus that systematically deleted all data files from every single employee’s desktop computer. As their share
prices plummeted, Perspective lashed out against Playfoot.
The telecom giant took him to court for corporate fraud and trading sensitive information. However, Playfoot had managed to erase all evidence that linked him to his actions. After an eleven month court case, Playfoot was acquitted of all charges. Perspective tried unsuccessfully to sue Playfoot in civil court, to no avail.

With the recent dissolution of the company, Playfoot has gone public and admittedto everything. “I want people to know that even if you’re stuck at a dead-end company, even if you’re a lowly cog in the machine, you can make a difference,” says Playfoot. “Corporations hold and maintain their power because of their ability to control
information. If we remove that, if we make sure that corporate secrets are shared, then we will be one step closer to creating a democratic and egalitarian society where profit and power aren’t the sole motivators.”
Today, Richard Playfoot has taken up a new fight against ColeFusion’s 3Points project, due to be released this fall.
“Declan Cole […] stands in opposition to all the laws and freedoms of net neutrality,” a recently-released video has him saying. He has founded the activist organization Stop3Points!, which aims to stop ColeFusion’s latest venture into internet technologies.
“We need to stop them before their reign of totalitarian rule over the internet can begin,” he says.

City Journal Post Articles

Here are some concering Stop3Points.

ColeFusion confirms vandalism, offers weak assurance

ColeFusion today confirmed a recent spate of vandalism on various company structures throughout the City. The release was the first public confirmation from the company since this newspaper discovered the vandalsim earlier in the week. The release acknowledged two acts of vandalism which damaged one ColeFusion
routing station and one antenna. The incidents were labelled as ‘attacks’, and the damage was described contradictorily as both ‘minor’ and ‘significant’. Stephen Galloway, a representative of ColeFusion, defended the corporation’s reticence.
“ColeFusion, being in a position of industry leader, has taken a minimalist stance to the acts of vandalism at our various sites around the city,” Galloway said in an email interview. He added that ColeFusion considers these acts to be “anomalous acts of violence” altogether in keeping with the current level of “civil disobedience” in The City. Galloway confirmed that ColeFusion has not in fact contacted City Police directly about the matter, however the company will nevertheless depend on the Police Department to investigate possible suspects. Mr. Galloway did not address the question as to why the press release would describe the damage in contradictory
terms, but instead assured that the damage had “no real effect on either our continuity of service or the level of service we expect to deliver to our customers”. He denied that any ongoing repairs were related to the damage incurred by vandals, and affirmed that all security tests performed were routine in nature. Andrea Winterspoon, a local activist and affiliate of the newly-formed Stop3Points
group, was skeptical. “Despite outward signs of cooperation with the press, it would appear that ColeFusion is still keeping its cards close to its chest, divulging only what it deems palatable for the masses,” she said. “Mr. Galloway’s post-press release patch-up job is proof of that.”

ColeFusion quiet on recent vandalism

ColeFusion has remained decidedly quiet around the issue and has yet to return calls for more details. When probed, the City Police said that they currently do not have any open files concerning ColeFusion.

Two activists still in custody after soccer protest
Published June 9

Ace Harrold and Andrea Winterspoon, members of the internet neutrality activist group stop3points!, remain in police custody after their part in last Monday’s protest. The organization is demanding their immediate release from the City Police Department, who continue to hold Harrold and Winterspoon without charges.
The two activists were arrested along with twenty others after they stormed the field at City Stadium during the final minutes of the fourth game in the 18th annual Public vs. Police Soccer Tournament. All other detainees were released shortly afterwards.
“We demand the release of our fellow activists. The City Police must end their rule of violence and coercion” said stop3points! on their website. The organization has dubbed the pair “the City Stadium Two.” Police chief Kieran Brown had little to say about the detainees. “They are being held for further questioning in relation to their illegal Protest on Monday.” Onlookers in the crowd on Monday report to seeing Harrold and Winterspoon escorted off the field by plain-clothed officers. Fellow activists claim that the pair was not held with the others after the protest was broken up by police. Some fear that the police are holding Harrold and Winterspoon longer than
necessary as retribution for having their charity game interrupted.
“I hate to say this, but the police were minutes away from victory in that game” said Jamal Saoui, a local human rights activist who was in the crowd at Monday’s game. “It could just be a way to get back at stop3points! for their disruption"

Proud tradition marred by ineffective protest
Published June7

The fourth match of the 18th annual Public vs. Police soccer match was marred by a rag-tag group of would-be activists this Monday. The recently-formed group, known as Stop3Points, gained entrance to the newly-constructed City Stadium and, with minutes left on the clock, took to the field. Local athlete Tim Foster said the protest was “ill-timed” and “inconsiderate.” “To be honest, I’m embarrassed to be a citizen of the City today,” he said. “There is a time and a place for civics and the middle of a soccer match to raise money for the families of slain officers is neither the time nor the place.”
The protestors took possession of the soccer ball and locked arms, forming a protective ring to insulate themselves from the angry players. They then began chanting a variety of anti-capitalist slogans until the riot squad arrived and took control of the situation. A number of arrests were made. “We want to let the citizens of the City know that our democracy is not for sale,” said Stop3Points spokesperson Ace Harrold. “By that criterion, this protest was an amazing success.”
The mayor had a different opinion. “I’m deeply saddened that a group of discontents single-handedly ruined a proud City tradition,” said Lily Coolen. “To dishonour and disrespect our fallen servicemen and servicewomen is quite simply tragic.” Police will be releasing the arrested protestors later today. The City Prosecutor will
announce charges, if any, later this week.

City Journal Post Articles

Here is a collection of the City Journal Post articles that I have been able to save. I beleive that most of them were published by Sandra Mcqueen, they have all been removed and seem to focus mostly on a the murder of Wayne Harrison and anything Stop3Points related. For the sake of shortening the posts I will put them, in seperate posts. The first will be articles concerning the murder.

Murder victim linked to colefusion worksite
Published June 13

The City Journal Post has recently found that murdered resident Wayne Harrison worked for a subcontractor of Colefusion before his death. Harrison, whose body was found mutilated in his home, worked for the local contractor PA as a plumber on various ColeFusion sites. When contacted about these findings, ColeFusion P.R. representative Stephen Galloway said that ColeFusion does not keep active records on the employees of their service providers. He added, “I do not see any significance to the fact that he was employed by a company that holds a service contract with ColeFusion”. The prime suspect in the murder case, Shauheen Zubi, is still at large.

Police broaden search for murder suspect
Published June 3

The City Police are asking for the public’s help to locate murder suspect Shauheen Zubi, wanted in connection to the killing of his roommate Wayne Harrison. After several days on the lookout for the Zubi, Police Chief Kieran Brown has asked for anyone with information about the whereabouts of the suspect to come forward.
Zubi was reported to have been last seen entering the apartment he shared with Harrison on the night of the murder by their landlord, Kim Palmer. “He did not seem particularly agitated or upset,” said Palmer “They always seemed friendly, those two, it seems odd that something terrible like this would happen between them.”
Miranda Harrison, the victim’s mother, remains skeptical about Zubi’s role in themurder. She issued a plea to police not to act rashly in the case. Chief Brown says he remains confident that with the public help, the suspect will soon be in custody. Detective Kaima Talib, who has been working on the case from the beginning, also affirmed her conviction that Zubi will soon be in police custody.

Stop3Points facts

My last post is everything I could save from the now gone Stop3Points website. there are a few things of note in the "our team" section.

1. Richard playfoot is listed as the founder. If you look here, he is now said to be the CEO of a tech company. In a little while I will post a similar article that was on the City Journal Post, written by the same author, that told a very different story.
2. Ace Harrold and Andrea Winterspoon are on this list as well, as activists against Colefusion, but again now, they are executives! Whether they were Colefusion spies, I dont know.
3. Matthew Crandell is listed as a member of Stop3Points, and now he shows up here, I dont think he remembers anything about them though.

Strange stuff indeed.

Here is what i've been able to save from the Stop3Points! blog, which disappeared June 16:

FREE THE CITY STADIUM TWO
Posted by stop3points on June 9, 2011
Two of our comrades are still being held captive by the merciless City Police Department. Ace Harrold and Andrea Winterspoon are still behind bars after being arrested for exercising their legal right to self-expression and political protest at Monday’s rally.  The cops took us all in, but they have kept comrades Ace and Andrea all week for no apparent reason.
We demand the release of our fellow activists. The City Police must end their rule of violence and coercion.  FREE THE CITY STADIUM TWO!

Great protest everyone!

We had an amazing turnout at today’s protest, we got some news coverage for our cause and I’ve been getting some emails from people wanting to know more about the movement. Thanks for coming out to support Stop 3 Points! Keep up to date and we’ll give you more information about future protests.

An Introduction

I have started this blog to try and save some of the facts that seem disappear whenever we get to close to the truth. In recent weeks, many have been trying to expose Colefusion for the monster it is, only to disappear and seem to have their lives changed to better Colefusion. Here I will archive what I have been able to save. This will include articles form The City Journal Post, Stop3Points!, and now Colehardtruth. Hopefully together we can get to the bottom of this!
